Rentanium Terms of Service

Interclypse, Inc. d/b/a Sofiac — Effective Date: April 9, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rentanium platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

If you have executed a Master Agreement and/or Order Form with Interclypse, Inc. d/b/a Sofiac (“Sofiac”), those documents govern your use of the Platform and control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

2. Governing Agreement

These Terms apply to general access and use of the Platform. Customers who have signed a Sofiac Master Agreement and Order Form are subject to those agreements, which take precedence over these Terms in all respects. Nothing in these Terms modifies, supersedes, or limits any obligation or right set forth in a signed agreement between you and Sofiac.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable signed agreement. You agree not to:

Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform
Use the Platform to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
Sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer access to the Platform to any third party without Sofiac’s prior written consent

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all related software, content, and documentation are the exclusive property of Sofiac and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Platform. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Sofiac.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant Sofiac a limited license to process your data solely as necessary to provide the services. Sofiac’s handling of your data is described in the Sofiac Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sofiac does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sofiac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Sofiac’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Sofiac in the twelve months preceding the claim. Customers with a signed agreement are subject to the liability terms set forth therein.

8. Termination

Sofiac reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Customers with a signed agreement are subject to the termination provisions set forth therein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, except where a signed agreement provides otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

Sofiac may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://sofiactravel.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. SMS and Multi-Factor Authentication

The Platform may use SMS text messages to deliver one-time passcodes (“OTP”) for multi-factor authentication (“MFA”) purposes. By providing a mobile phone number and enabling MFA, you consent to receive these messages. These messages are transactional in nature and are required for secure access to the Platform.

Standard message and data rates may apply. To discontinue SMS-based MFA, contact info@sofiactravel.com to arrange an alternative authentication method. Disabling MFA may affect your ability to access certain Platform features.
